摘要
MIL-101(Cr)films were deposited on the quartz crystal microbalanceand interdigitated electrode transductors as humidity sensors. Bothdevices combine high sensitivity with fast response/recovery times, good repeatability, long-term stability, favorable selectivity versustoluene alongside a dual mode behavior in the optimal domain of humidityfor indoor air.
