摘要
This work aims to analyze how companies and unions frame Industry 4.0. For this, we performed an inductive and deductive discourse analysis based on publicly available documents. Companies frame Industry 4.0 from a perspective of increasing productivity and sustainability. Unions focus on employment issues and working conditions. The Brazilian union has a more negative view of the I4.0, which can be explained by the country's institutional relations.
