Protection of rights affected by economic and antitrust crimes through human rights lens

The affirmation of the role of criminal law in promoting accountability for human rights violations and the struggle against impunity emerges from the jurisprudence of human rights bodies. This includes the protection of economic and social rights, which are affected by crimes against the economic order, especially antitrust violations.
