摘要
In the professional training process in the academic year, educational work is a priority. It is developed using a com-prehensive approach that involves the entire university community with the active participation of students, tea-chers and workers in general. In the academic year, the main manager for the development of educational work is constituted by the year group, which groups together the teachers who teach the subjects, the teacher guides of each group, the tutors and the representatives of the student organizations and it is led by the head teacher of the academic year. The presence of the tutor in the year group facilitates the personalization of the educational work in the professional training process, since this edu-cator has the responsibility of integrating the system of educational influences present in the different areas of the student's personal development. The present work aims to assess the role of tutoring in the professional training process in the academic year, for the development of edu-cational work.
