摘要
Patients who are critically ill and receiving invasive mechanical ventilation are at increased risk for accumulation of airway mucus can induce atelectasis and contribute care interventions, including humidification, endotracheal suctioning, and pharmacologic interventions, are therefore evidence for the efficacy of these interventions is scarce, and the absence of guidelines enhances variation in indicaCurrently, the choice and timing of interventions are mucus classification score.
