RISK BEHAVIOURS AND TYPES OF ADOLESCENT INTIMATE PARTNER VIOLENCE: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Couple relationships during adolescence favors the integral development of adolescents, but they are not always healthy, as episodes of violent behavior occasionally occur. Violence in adolescent couples can present different typologies depending on the type of risk behaviors that are exercised towards the partner. This systematic review has been based on a literature search carried out through different databases with the aim of compiling studies developed with individuals between 10 and 18 years of age who suffer violence during courtship. The aim is to analyze the reality faced by adolescents who suffer violence at the hands of their partners, providing information on the findings of different prevention and intervention programmers that can help to reduce this problem.
