摘要
Thematic learning is one of the important research issues in E-learning systems, since no fixed learning resources are appropriate for all the learners. Researchers therefore, focused on thematic learning mechanisms to promote the learning performance of individual learners. However, most of the thematic E-learning systems for leadership usually neglect the learner perfor-mance evaluation and preference in thematic learning. An attempt is made, for the first time in this paper, to construct a thematic learning evaluation system based on the data records of cadre online learning system. The SQL Server tool is used to extract the thematic learning data of Chongqing E-learning Academy for Leadership of 2021 that included users' characteristic data and thematic learning data. The system can evaluate the learning performance and preference according to the credits and pass rate of the individual learners in thematic learning under different demographic characteristics, aiming to provide reference for education managers to make decisions. The results indicate: (1) Cadre students prefer to participate in the study of online thematic learning; (2) Cadres of different ages, genders and ranks have different participation in the study of thematic learning; (3) There is a certain correlation between the learning situation of different the-matic learning and the demographic characteristics of the students, but it is not strong correlation.
