摘要
This paper presents part of the results of a research project carried out in the<br />Community Social Services of the Torremolinos City Council in order to evaluate its opera- tion, processes, policies, etc. in order to design oa community strategic plan. The methodology has been designed from evaluative and participatory approaches with interviews, focus and reflection groups, citizen surveys, observations and documentary review. The results show, on the one hand, the need to unify processes and protocols, as well as to improve the definition of the roles of service workers and, on the other hand, to understand interdisciplinarity as a strength in public policies and social action. We conclude that, in order to address these issues, it is necessary to recover a look from social pedagogy, integrating a more humane and educational character into public policies.
