摘要
The purpose of this phenomenographic study was to explore the different ways in which a group of school principals, diversified across school level, gender, and age, understand the anger they feel toward the teachers with whom they interact. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with nineteen principals and phenomenographic analysis was performed on the interview data. The analysis revealed that all participants understood the anger they felt in six different ways but all of them have the understanding "an emotion that should be kept under control." Recommendations for practice and research were also developed based on the findings.
