摘要
As micro-entities of the economy, enterprises in the post-epidemic era can reduce non-core operating costs and enhance their core competitiveness by selecting the appropriate human resource service companies (HRSCs). The purpose of this paper is to analyze the rationality of selecting HRSCs as a multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) problem and to develop a more effective and advantageous decision model for this problem. Firstly, a set of evaluation attributes that meet the requirements of economic development in the post-epidemic era is developed. Secondly, trapezoidal interval type-2 fuzzy numbers (TrIT2FNs) are used as the quantitative form of linguistic term set (LTS) to describe the evaluation information of alternatives under multiple attributes. Then, the TrIT2FNs-MABAC method, based on regret theory and the combined weight of game theory, is proposed to solve the problem. With the MABAC method, enterprises can tackle the MADM problem for choosing HRSCs in the post-epidemic era. The effectiveness and superi-ority of the proposed method are also demonstrated through comparative analysis and discussion. In addition to providing solid theoretical knowledge, this research also makes a special contri-bution to enterprises seeking to select HRSCs and human resources departments.
