摘要
In this article, we describe, document, disseminate, and reflect on our experience as professors of the Integration and Text Interpretation Workshop of the undergraduate program in Public Administration of the School of Business Administration of Sao Paulo, from Fundacao Getulio Vargas. We show how the workshop contributes to implementing the National Curriculum Guidelines in the Public Field- with emphasis on the objectives of combating inequalities and recognizing diversity - and welcoming and integrating students in higher education. We make a detailed description of the main aspects of the workshop, based on our experience in the classroom and on the formal and informal records of the workshop, such as the syllabus, the daily schedule, bibliography, and records of didactic activities. The organization of this material implied the elaboration of five vignettes that illustrate extracts of educational experiences lived within the scope of the workshop. We conclude the article by highlighting our main lessons learned: it is necessary to listen to students, share the protagonism of the teaching-learning process, and observe the specificities of the process of entering higher education.
