Looking from the 'South' at the emergence of Feminist Anthropology

The author wonders about the absences and presences of Andalusian anthropology in the beginnings of the Feminist current of Anthropology in Spain. To answer this question, she carries out a historization exercise, revisiting the Symposia organized within the framework of the Social Anthropology Congresses held by the FAAEE in the 1980s and 1990s and the work "Antropologia de los pueblos de Espana" (1991) coordinated by Prat and others authors, a thematic synthesis of the panorama of studies in the discipline up to the 1990s. Along the way, he brings us tensions, silences and interstices in the conformation of a perspective that threatens the epistemic principles of the discipline.
