摘要
In this paper, the grasp of Kant's assertions in favor of freedom and autonomy is analyzed in order to understand the emancipatory power of his political thought in connection with female citizenship. It tries to review the theoretical structure by which the author restricts women's citizenship and nevertheless, he has a theoretical instrumental completely consistent with the political and civil freedom of people in general. To this end, emphasis will be placed on the operation through which Kant deprives women of the capacity to act according to principles and this deprivation will be related to passive citizenship. Finally, the difficulties of reconciling Kantian political theory with women's active citizenship and possible ways of harmonization will be analyzed.
