ACTIVE METHODOLOGIES AND COMPLEXITY: AN INTERDISCIPLINARY VIEW ON TEACHING AND LEARNING

摘要
The use of active methodologies can be an alternative to traditional and unattractive teaching, however, in law teaching, experiences with this learning model are sparse. In this context, a descriptive exploratory research was carried out during a semester with students from the eighth period with the practical experience of Problem-Based Learning and Projects - ABPP. The study revealed that the main difficulties in adopting this practice were the lack of student engagement in teamwork and the lack of time for field actions. Most students evaluated the methodology positively (98.07%) with the most relevant factors in the students' opinion that the method used facilitated individual and collective learning, students had contact with social problems in the community and this strengthened empathy professional. Finally, the set of positive factors was numerically and qualitatively superior to the set of negative factors, which allows us to verify that the ABPP can be strategically useful in teaching-learning processes, especially in post-pandemic periods.
