摘要
Due to the growth in the development of smart objects, Internet of Things (IoT) has enriched almost all aspects of our daily lives and is continuously doing so with diverse range of novel, innovative and intelligent applications. Recently, we have seen a surge in the application of healthcare applications for remote medical monitoring. In this regard, Wireless Body Sensor Networks (WBSNs) technology was developed to design smart healthcare systems. These systems use smart and connected wearables sensors to monitor information related to patients remotely and to provide suitable diagnoses whenever it is necessary. WBSNs are commonly used in unattended hostile environments. Indeed, they are vulnerable to various security threats. The provision of high security features that can guarantee the accuracy and confidentiality of patients' data, on the other hand, is a substantial challenge due to the fact that there are so many potential vulnerabilities. There are a number of key factors that make up the criteria for the security of e-health, and each of these must be taken into consideration. The findings of this paper provide more evidence that there is a pressing requirement to work toward locating a solution in order to detect attacks and then implement countermeasures to prevent them. The omnet++ program will be used to run the simulation and analyze the results.
