STUDY OF THE PROCESS OF LIQUID-PHASE AEROBIC OXIDATION OF PETROLEUM HYDROCARBONS

摘要
The paper deals with a literature review examining the current state of the investigations carried out in the field of production, study of the structure and properties of synthetic and oxysynthetic petroleum acids by catalytic liquid-phase aerobic oxidation of petroleum hydrocarbons (naphthenic, paraffinic and naphthene-paraffin) as one of the most popular petrochemical products, since synthetic petroleum acids and their derivatives are high-quality substitutes for natural petroleum acids with wide practical applications. Petroleum acids are used in the production of emulsifiers, demulsifiers, metal corrosion inhibitors, jet fuel additives, driers, varnishes, paints, plasticizers, surfactants, etc. It's known that the total yield of oxidation products (synthetic and oxysynthetic petroleum acids) depends on the chemical composition of the raw material, the optimal temperature conditions, the supply rate of air, duration of the oxidation reaction, the nature, state of aggregation, structure, physicochemical properties, concentration of the active component of the catalyst, as well as from determining the optimal quantitative ratio of the initial hydrocarbon feedstock and air. For this purpose, the studies were carried out on the discovery and synthesis of new, more efficient heterogeneous, homogeneous, homogeneous-heterogeneous, metal containing and metal-free catalytic systems for the process of liquid-phase aerobic oxidation of petroleum hydrocarbons with high yield and selectivity of synthetic and oxysynthetic petroleum acids. The studies were carried out on the kinetic patterns of oxidation processes, catalytic effect of the catalyst used on the oxidation process, etc.
