The aim of this commentary is to discuss from a rehabilitation perspective the Cochrane Review Cannabis and cannabinoids for symptomatic treatment for people with multiple sclerosis by Filippini et al. (https://www.cochranelibrary.com/ cdsr/doi/10.1002/14651858.CD013444.pub2/full), published by Cochrane Multiple Sclerosis and Rare Diseases of the CNS Group.
