摘要:
The purpose of this study was to identify hospitality students' perceptions of their managers' views on hospitality education. In addition, there is representation about how students perceive their managers value their education and support them for completing their degrees. Survey participants were members of either undergraduate or graduate hospitality programs at a well-known and respected program in the Southeast US. While differences between undergraduate students and graduate students were found to not be statistically significant, both groups had similar views. Conversely, regarding how students evaluate whether their managers feel threatened by their level of education or that which they are working to complete, it was found to be statistically significant, suggesting that there is a difference between undergraduate and graduate students' perception toward their managers.
