摘要
For the first time, the possibility of accelerated production of bismuth germanate Bi12GeO20 by casting is experimentally shown. The possibility of simulating the cooling processes of the stable compound Bi12GeO20 during casting using the ProCAST software package is shown. The results of calculations show satisfactory convergence with actual melt cooling rates and can be useful for developing simulation in the Bi2O3-GeO2 system in order to obtain stable and metastable materials with a given set of properties and nature of microstructure.
