摘要
The creation of the National Commission on the Disappearance of Persons (CONADEP) was one of the first measures adopted by Alfonsin in order to gather information that would help to discover the truth about what happened in the dictatorial process. One of the first decisions made by the members of the National Commission was to create six delegations in charge of collecting information about what happened in different cities of the national territory where the repressive exercise was deployed: Mar del Plata, Cordoba, Rosario, Santa Fe, Resistencia -Chaco and Bahia Blanca. An important aspect is that the work of the delegations was followed by different local media and some produced reports that were publicly disseminated before the publication of the final report of the national commission. This article intends to make an approximation to the ways used to narrate what happened during the last dictatorship in the reports produced by the Mar del Plata, Cordoba and Bahia Blanca delegations of CONADEP in Argentina4. The objective is to be able to account for what were the representations of the past that they made, the interpretative keys and frameworks used in each of the reports of these delegations, focusing on their similarities and differences, but also the silences and omissions that they presented. We work with a qualitative methodology focused on the documentary analysis of primary sources.
