HYBRID INTELLIGENCE AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT: THE SYMBIOSIS OF MAN AND MACHINE

摘要
Objective: The article aims to carry out a systematic review on the theme of Hybrid Intelligence and Knowledge Management. Methodology: For this, searches were carried out in the Scopus and Web of Science databases with the terms "hybrid intellig* AND "knowledge manag*". The search suffered 53 results in Scopus and 49 in WoS. Of the 102 results, 19 were duplicate articles, 30 in Web of Science and 35 in Scopus after excluding duplicates. Thus, 84 articles were obtained for depuration for data treatment after analysis, 17 articles were excluded without adherence to the research theme.Relevance: The partnership between natural and artificial intelligence seeks to harness the unique abilities of both humans and machines to achieve superior results. One of the main advantages of this partnership is the capacity of the machines to process large volumes of data in real time, which enables discoveries and insights that would be inaccessible only with the natural intelligence of the human being, and the machine is able to learn through feedbacks in a very faster.Results: The results indicated the existence of an opportunity for the development of new research in the area of Hybrid Intelligence and Knowledge Management.Theoretical contributions: A relationship of similarity between hybrid intelligent systems and Hybrid Intelligence was observed, since both focus on the large area of intelligent systems. For future research, there is an opportunity to seek new works on the HI theme, such as the combination of AI and IN, since it is a topic that is still little explored.
