摘要
The article presents the results of the synthesis of germanium nanostructures in arc argon plasma. This paper presents the features of the synthesis of germanium nanostructures by the electric arc method, when the evaporation of germanium atoms take place from one of the electrodes. The experimental setup and the synthesis process are described. The resulting nanostructures were studied by electron microscopy. The analysis of the obtained germanium nanostructures is carried out. Nanotubes with a diameter of 0.1180.221 mu m and crystals in the form of an octahedron with an edge equal to 10 mu m were found in the structures. The resulting sample consists entirely of germanium nanostructures.
