摘要
This study aimed to determine the relationship between digital teaching competence and information and com-munication technologies in university professors. It was developed under the quantitative approach, with a non -experimental design, basic type and correlational level. The population was 128 teachers from a private university in Peru, the population being small and accessible, the 128 teachers were taken into account as a sample, there-fore, the sampling was census. The technique to collect the data was the survey and the instrument the question-naire, which were validated by expert judgment, reliabili-ty was established with the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient through a pilot test on a sample with similar characteris-tics. The results showed that both variables reached the level in process with 63% in teaching digital competence and 70% in ICT. Concluding that there is a high direct re-lationship between both variables, demonstrated with Rho = 0.764 and p-value = 0.000 < 0.05, that is, by increasing the level of digital teaching competence, the level of in-formation and communication technologies in university teachers will increase.
