The dynamic social transformation of the world and its people increase the cognitive needs of man and the reflection on the ways to overcome them. Therefore, better preparation of teachers who will tra-in future professionals in any subject is required. In the educational field of Law, the constant changes in society impose continuous updating on teachers. As an alternative to such an educational phenomenon, training stands out, in order to achieve excellence in the faculty to raise the quality of teaching and lear-ning. The improvement of the system for the impro-vement of teachers regarding the issue of habeas corpus is urgent, since it compromises the funda-mental rights of people who are in pretrial detention or with an enforceable conviction or for any other cause that limits the right to free circulation. This investigation will allow obtaining a scientific legal knowledge about this action, which will constitute a relevant contribution for the instructors of this matter. This will allow legal technical progress for the benefit of constitutional justice operators and, consequently, the general welfare of society.
