摘要：

Among the occupational psychology studies, organizations focusing on the development of employee activities, are inter-ested in knowing their work behavior in order to be more effi-cient to meet their objectives and stay competitive. Therefore, it is intended to analyze job satisfaction - dissatisfaction through the work environment, economic perception and motivation, addressing the quantitative approach with a non-experimental, transactional design, with data collection through a measure-ment instrument applied to 2125 participants. Various statisti -cal techniques were applied, the adjustment of the model was achieved and it was verified that the variables related to job satisfaction are not significant.
