摘要
In this work, we developed a phosphine-catalyzed C-methoxylation process of para-quinone methides (p-QMs). By employing a metal-free phosphine catalyst [P(4-MeC6H4)(3)] together with methanol and deuterated methanol (d(4), d(1), and d(3)) as C-1 sources, a series of methoxylated diarylmethanes and the corresponding deuterated products were obtained without additional solvent under mild reaction conditions.
