摘要
State estimation (SE) for power distribution systems massively relies on a large amount of highly uncertain information: thoroughly evaluating its impact on the accuracy of the state estimates is thus a crucial, albeit challenging step. To this scope, this paper proposes a Global Sensitivity Analysis (GSA) based methodology, that overcomes the limitations of traditional SA methods, hence having wider applicability. With the proposed methodology, the sensitivity "footprint" of any state estimator under any given uncertainty framework can be obtained. Also, the paper sets the scenes to conduct GSA studies in SE-based applications to ultimately support distribution system operators for planning, operation, monitoring and control purposes.
