摘要
Current research was conducted in Baishui Apple Experimental Station of Northwest A & F University, Xianyang, China. The objective of the current study was to evaluate the impact of organic fertilizers on the soil of Fuji apple fruit gardens and fruit quality. In the current research, two different fertilizing schemes: conventional fertilizer (N 800 kg & BULL; hm-2, K2O 400 kg & BULL;hm-2, and P2O5 300 kg & BULL;hm-2) without organic fertilizer, and commercial organic fertilizer (N 100 kg & BULL;hm-2, K2O 400 kg & BULL;hm-2, and P2O5 300 kg & BULL;hm-2) having organic fertilizer N 300 kg-hm-2. The physical and chemical properties of soils under different treatment conditions and quality of the apple fruits was determined. Results of physical and chemical properties of soils under different treatment conditions explored that physical and chemical properties could be mitigated. Results also showed that the soluble sugar and solid soluble contents in apple fruit were significantly increased by commercial organic fertilizers. However, nitrogen, phosphorus, total potassium contents of the leaves and total yield of apple, single fruit weight, fruit shape index, sugar acid ratio and titratable contents of apple were not influenced by the experimental treatment. Results of current study suggest that commercial organic fertilizer can effectively add living quantities of microbes to the soil and enhance some quality of fruit. The proposed scheme for applying organic fertilizers in the research can also provide specific references for the soil management of the fruit gardens.
