摘要
In today's rapidly evolving world, digital transformation has emerged as a driving force behind sustainable development across various sectors. There is an intricate relationship between digital transformation, learning organizations, human resource management, and service quality. The necessity for organizations to adapt and innovate in response to technological advancements and global challenges is increasingly being acknowledged. Embracing digital transformation has become imperative for institutions seeking to remain competitive and relevant in the modern landscape while pursuing sustainable development goals. This paper explores how digital transformation facilitates the creation of learning organizations that cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. Moreover, we examine the critical role of strategic human resource management in nurturing a workforce equipped to harness emerging technologies for sustainable service quality. By embracing a learning-oriented approach and prioritizing human resource development, institutions can unlock the full potential of emerging technologies, thereby accelerating progress toward sustainable development goals. This paper seeks to contribute to the dialogue on harnessing the power of digital transformation to achieve a more sustainable and inclusive future.
