摘要
Comprehensive Research Facility for Fusion Technology (CRAFT) is a comprehensive research platform to provide extreme experimental conditions such as particle flow, electricity, magnetism, heat and force. Cryogenic system is one of the key subsystems for cooling cryogenic pump and providing cryogenic working environment for other devices operating in CRAFT. In order to meet the future fusion reactor cryogenic system high reliability, high efficiency, multiple operation mode and automatic control and other development direction, if the method of traditional uplink monitoring is adopted, it will consume large resources and cause unclear hierarchical structure of each system and low data collaboration among heterogeneous systems. This paper mainly introduces preliminary design of operation and maintenance Application for helium cryogenic system based on industrial Internet platform, to realize the remote monitoring of cryogenic system process, equipment operation status monitoring and performance analysis, equipment information management, equipment fault information analysis and other functions.
