Die potenziellen langfristigen Vorteile von RAS im Vergleich zu LAS auf Darmkrebs sind nicht gut untersucht. Mithilfe eines registerbasierten Ansatzes wollten wir diese beiden chirurgischen Plattformen in einer Analyse der Langzeitergebnisse vergleichen, einschl. des rezidivfreien uberlebens sowie der Gesamtmortalitat und der kolonkarzinomspezifischen Mortalitat.
