摘要
Given the development achieved by societies and the intention to legalize drug use, Cuba maintains zero tolerance for the use, trafficking and possession of these substances. The use of drugs constitutes a constant concern and adolescents represent the population most susceptible to being influenced towards this scourge and on many occasions and contexts these manifestations are a reason for exclusion by society, especially by the non-consuming population. The socioeducational inclusion of these adolescents is a priority and is carried out based on the establishment of alliances with bodies, agencies and community organizations whose mission is to strengthen a culture of rejection of drugs. In this sense, the community is the one in charge of creating inclusion processes, as well as avoiding situations of risk and/or social exclusion of this highly vulnerable population. This article was developed with the objective of mitigating drug use in adolescents of the Celso Maragoto Popular Council or de Pinar del Rio municipality for the effective achievement of their socio- educational inclusion. Methods such as historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, induction-deduction, structural systemic, documentary analysis, interview and scientific observation were used, which allowed us to verify the current state of consumption rates by adolescents and trace, from the scientific path, an answer to this problem.
