New group-based generalized interval-valued q-rung orthopair fuzzy soft aggregation operators and their applications in sports decision-making problems

摘要
Most real-life complex decision-making situations involve the simultaneous expressions of numerous competing criteria and alternatives, as well as the possibility of inaccurate and ambiguous information in the criteria measures and their weighting. In fuzzy set theory, utilising an interval rather than a single grade enables logical decision-making. To tackle such situations, we define the group-based generalised interval-valued q-rung orthopair fuzzy soft set (GGIVq-ROFSS), which offers a specified allocation of parameters in the form of additional inputs on its IVq-ROFSS. An explanation of GGIVq-ROFSS is given as an illustration, where specific assessments are supplied to rate soccer teams performances in specific field locations and for associated skills of the players. We describe some fundamental concepts and operations on the GGIVq-ROFSS. Many complex multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) techniques need a framework for adjusting sub-alternatives in addition to alternatives and criteria. We define new GGIVq-ROFSWA and GGIVq-ROFSWG operators by specifying sub-alternatives in GGIVq-ROFSS and examine their characteristics. By elaborating each component of GGIVq-ROFSS at the appropriate framework of their logical existence, we describe an MCGDM method. We take into consideration an example of a city evaluation from a collection of cities in a country on the performance of the games played by athletes in various clubs of the sports. Finally, we explain the benefits of our method and compare it to other approaches.
