摘要
A three-in-one electrochemical sensing platform was designed for the simultaneous detection of total hemoglobin (tHb), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and HbA1c% by using a dual-aptamer sensing strategy. The developed sensing platform exhibits excellent sensitivity, selectivity, repeatability and long-term stability, and holds promising prospects in the early diagnosis and long-term monitoring of diabetes. A three-in-one point-of-care electrochemical sensing platform was designed for accurate monitoring of diabetes based on dual-aptamer recognition strategies and screen-printed carbon electrodes.
