摘要：
The essay describes an innovative service that was successfully tested at SLUB Dresden in summer 2022: Under the service title "Learning break with a paw", students in the library are offered an active learning break that promotes concentration and consists of interaction opportunities with a therapy dog. Such a service can be derived from a learning space concept as well as from empirical research.
