摘要
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the obesity preventing or relieving effect of insoluble dietary fiber (IDF) fromPleurotus eryngii through its modulations on intestinal microbiota. The IDF was extracted The purpose of his study was to evaluate the obesity preventing or relieving eff ct of insolub e dietary fiber (IDF) fomPleurotus eryngii through its modultions on testina mirobiota. The IDF was extracte and structurally characterized through Fourier transforminfrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray and thermogravimetri (TG) analysis. The mice forin vivo experments were divided into obesity preventig and structurally c haracterized through Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray and group thermogravmetrc(feeding high-fat(TG) diet analysiswhile Thegavage miceIDF forin vivosimultaneously) experimentsand obesitywere relevingdivided intogroup obesity(IDF interonpreventing aftergroup the (feding establishmenhigh-fatofdiet the whilobe se gavagmodel) IDFto evaluatesimultaneousl) its andhypolipidemc obesity effect.relieving The groupyield of(IDFP. eryngiiintervention IDF exracts was 56.49% (onP. eryngii dry wight base) with IDF content of 85.15% in the extracts.
