摘要
Low output event refers to the phenomenon of continuous low output fluctuation in the process of new energy power generation. Accurate prediction of low output event can detect the adverse effects of weather processes on power generation in advance, and provide assistance in ensuring the safety and stability of power consumption. This paper proposed a definition and prediction method for wind power low output events. First, the definition rules are proposed based on the fluctuation process partitioning and the selection of time and threshold value. Second, the historical power sequence is processed by high and low frequency filtering. Then, the low output event prediction model is constructed based on wind power prediction. Finally, the evaluation indexes are proposed to assess the prediction result. The case study of a wind farm in Northeast China shows that the low output event prediction method proposed in this paper is effective.
