摘要
We report on a 42-year-old man which accidental exposure to hazardous substance "hydrofluoric acid", an aqueous solution of hydrogen fluoride, during professional activities. The tele-emergency physician was able to provide information on hazardous substance, symptoms to be expected and dosages of emergency medication for the ground-based emergency physician on the way. The emergency physician thus had all information on necessary measures and corresponding calculations of the dilution series available when arriving at the scene. The cardio-respiratory stable patient complained of foreign body sensation in the left eye. After a priority-guided examination, the started eye wash was continued, and a 1% calcium gluconate solution was applied locally. The patient was taken to the nearby university hospital for further treatment.
