Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) are currently the key therapy for several cancers. Among immune-related adverse events, thyroid dysfunction is the most frequent. We review this thyroid dysfunction, with recent data on epidemiology, diagnostic considerations, management and risk factors.(c) 2023 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
