摘要
Pipeline transportation has the characteristics of large quantity of material transportation, fast running speed, less cost and low cost. Due to the influence of internal and external environmental factors during long-term use, the inside of the pipeline is prone to damage, so it is necessary to check and maintain the inside of the pipeline regularly. The appearance of pipeline detection robot can show the internal situation of pipeline more directly and provide direct basis for operation and maintenance personnel to make decisions. This paper designs a data acquisition system suitable for the snake robot, which can receive the image and video information, positioning and navigation information, temperature and humidity, gas concentration, etc. of the inner wall of the pipeline detected by the snake robot, so that the detection personnel can understand the internal situation of the pipeline more clearly and accurately, and provide a direct decision basis for excavation, filling and plugging.
