摘要：
Die enterale Ernahrung im hauslichen Umfeld kommt fur die Ernahrungsversorgung von Patienten zunehmend haufig zum Einsatz. Fur die enterale Ernahrung werden in der Regel Gastrostomiesonden verwendet. Diese Sonden werden in den meisten Fallen endoskopisch gelegt; sie konnen bei Bedarf aber auch radiologisch gelegt werden.
