摘要
The purpose of this article is to analyze how the Federal University of Amapa has carried out the dissemination of innovation and technology transfer, as universities play a relevant role in the process of encouraging and disseminating innovation and technology transfer, through the management of the knowledge produced, thus assisting in local/ regional/national development. The study is classified as descriptive research, with a qualitative approach. The method used was the case study, using document analysis and content analysis. One of the conclusions obtained is that the creation of Resolution no 25/2018 - CONSU/UNIFAP, was an important action to institutionalize innovation policies at the University, however, it is still necessary to make known the actions and attributions of the Innovation and Transfer Center Technology for the internal and external community, and this visibility and recognition is important to attract investors and interested parties who want to innovate and transfer technology through the University.
