摘要
The complex and changeable characteristics of modern electronic signals put forward new requirements for testing tasks. When analyzing non-stationary time-varying signals, obtaining the signal characteristics from the time domain, the frequency domain, and the time-frequency domain is necessary. However, the traditional test method is to use an oscilloscope, a spectrum analyzer, and other test instruments to obtain analysis results from these domains, which makes the test process complicated and the obtained analysis results do not have a time correlation. Therefore, this paper proposes a signal multi-domain analysis method, which can realize multi-domain synchronous analysis of signals, and verifies the effectiveness of the method through simulation and data acquisition platform. The results show that the multi-domain analysis method provides a new way to analyze the signal multi-information dimension, and makes the test in the automatic test field more comprehensive.
