Digital physical education: illusion or reality? Examination of ICT tools usage characteristics of physical education teachers

摘要
Teaching supported by ICT tools means new challenges and opportunities for teachers, as well as for physical education teachers, coaches and sports educators working in the field of physical education and sports. In our research, we examined the usage habits of physical education teachers practicing lessons and outside school hours, and their views on the use of ICT tools. Our results show that physical education teachers integrate ICT tools into the teaching-learning process of physical education only to a small extent. Based on the results of our research, we consider it's important to provide methodolog- ical training for teachers and to adopt digital good practices in the teaching of physical education, which can help to achieve a qualitative change in subject objectives through the use of ICT tools.
