摘要
In this paper, the analytical modeling and optimization of disk permanent magnet eddy-current couplers are studied. A fairly accurate steady-state model considering the complete leakage magnetic circuit is established using the equivalent magnetic circuit method, which is capable of considering geometric parameters and material properties. Then, the optimal structural parameters of the selected coupler are obtained by the Teaching-Learning-Based Optimization (TLBO) algorithm. Finally, the calculation results are verified by finite element analysis and experimental experiments.
