摘要
Manganese(II) and cobalt(III) complexes [Mn(HL)Cl-2] (1) and [Co(L)(2)]Cl (2) with 2-amino-N'-(pyridin-2-ylmethylene)benzhydrazide (HL) were synthesized. Complexes 1 and 2 contain a neutral acylhydrazone molecule (1) or two acylhydrazones in the anionic form (2) in the coordination sphere of the metal centers. In vitro antibacterial and antifungal activities of acylhydrazone HL and coordination compound 2 were assessed.
