摘要
Organized colorectal cancer screening, towards the end of a French paradox with the delivery of the kit in pharmacies. In France, since 2009, organized colorectal cancer screening is offered every two years to men and women aged 50 to 74. Depending on the level of risk, a colonoscopy or a stool blood test is performed. Although the test is now simpler, more reliable and better performing, the participation rate does not exceed 35%. The involvement of pharmacists in the promotion of this screening aims to increase this participation in order to reduce the mortality associated with this cancer, the second leading cause of cancer deaths in France.
