摘要
The imposition of the normalization process by school institutions reveals its violent nature. Both pedagogy and the curriculum are conceived from a cisheteronormative perspective, in which behaviors considered normal, expected and desirable are coercively inserted into bodies and subjectivities. The limiting binarism (man/woman) does not allow for "deviations", it separates and delimits the boundaries between masculine and feminine expressions. Any form of of this norm is behaviors that should supposedly be exclusive to one gender and never, under any circumstances, be expressed by the other (assigning certain activities as "girls' things" or "boys' things"). The cisheteronormative school acts as a technology for producing docile, "normal" and moral bodies and subjectivities. The proposal of a queer pedagogy and curriculum comes to disrupt the standard, it is a bet on differences and deviations. This approach is challenging, unsubmissive, subaltern and dissident. In this way, it is necessary to take the school out of the closet, to make pedagogy and the hegemonic curriculum strange, to problematize the certainties and normalizations that have been constructed and reproduced over time. To this end, based on a literature review, we present a theoretical discussion that examines the problems linked to hegemonic pedagogy and curriculum. In contrast, we propose a queer approach, which seeks to break with the norm, being "strange", "eccentric", uncomfortable and unsettling.
