摘要
Flexible supercapacitors have been considered a means of energy storage in portable electronic devices due to their acceptable specific capacitance and power density, high charge-discharge speed, and great flexibility. In this review, the results of recent studies were categorized from the point of view of the method used in the synthesis of nanocomposites, morphological studies, and electrochemical results. The importance of getting to know more about the synthesis of graphene-based materials used in flexible supercapacitors electrodes becomes apparent when the goal of the research is industrialization and scaling up. In this regard, the more comfortable synthesis and the lower cost of the material used caused the lower price of our final product. As well as, analyses related to the investigation of morphology will be very important from two aspects, the possibility of obtaining a correct view of the structure of the proposed materials and their capability for flexibility. Finally, the specific capacitance, energy density, power density, and cyclic life of a flexible supercapacitor were determined through electrochemical tests such as cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge-discharge, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.
