Quality Assessment of the Training Process in Teacher Perception: a case study of the improvement course in digital technologies in education

摘要
The discussion on the training process of teachers is a primordial schedule and deserves to be highlighted in the scenario of discussions on educational policies. For that, this article is an ex-post-facto scientific research to evaluate the results of the Improvement Course in Technologies in Education. Digital technologies are increasingly used in education and for this, the Teacher's training is extremely necessary and it is also necessary to understand how teachers evaluate the quality of this training process. Therefore, to measure the teachers' perceptions about this training, quantitative and qualitative analyzes were applied based on the data obtained through the evaluation of the participants of the course that was held between September 2020 and January 2021 and offered by the Digital Educational Laboratory (LDE) from the Federal University of Ceara (UFC). The goal is to identify the level of satisfaction of course participants about the course didactic material, quality of lecturers and general opinion of the course. To carry out the quantitative analysis, the satisfaction form filled in by the course participants at the end of the training process was observed, while the qualitative analysis was based on the observation of the comments left, in video, by the participants, on the LDE channel on Youtube. Both quantitative and qualitative analysis revealed through the teachers' perceptions that the course contributed significantly to the construction of the training process.
